Digital Literacy

This free course will give learners a good understanding of basic computing which will help them participate in the modern digital environment or pursue a career in Information Technology via further training or assist them in gaining employment. The course lasts for 120 hours.

This course is ideal for new migrants, refugees or for people whom English is their second language who want to learn the basics of computing. For further details email office@activeinstitute.co.nz or phone 278 0849.

Who is eligible

  -  New Zealand citizens or residents and refugees

  -  People aged 16 years and older and who are not a full time secondary school student
